For the launch of its new condominium, Carvalho Hosken, a famous real estate company in Brazil, wanted to show its customers that the offer was 100% tailor-made. To do so, the company decorated the apartment with customized items (picture frames, TV, videos, work address and even phone calls) for each visit using Facebook information from visitors. Indeed, each visitor had to use its Facebook login to access the house.
